pause, lighten your load, plan a new path

Hi, I’m Tim. I am a registered counsellor.

walk of life uses therapeutic counselling techniques that help you focus on the future, identify changes you want to make, and develop strategies to deal with the things that can hold you back.

Meet where you’re most comfortable.
You can choose from in-person, online, phone or messaging sessions, including evenings and weekends. We can talk in a private counselling room, or take a walk in the bush around Warrandyte, in Melbourne’s north-east.

I take a person-centred approach, using a mix of talking and creative methods to explore life’s challenges and help you find perspective, peace and purpose.

If you’d like to chat about what you’re looking for and how we might work together, reach out for a free 20-minute conversation.
